30-Day Return Policy

At Noruelle, we want you to feel confident with your order. We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition. Any safety seal, protective seal, or original closure must be fully intact with no signs of tampering.
  • Packaging: The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, along with any protective materials included in the original shipment.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. This can include your order confirmation email or invoice.

Opened or used Noruelle products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you have opened and tried your Noruelle product and are not satisfied with your experience, we still want you to feel supported. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee with no physical return required.

To qualify:

  • You must have used the product as instructed.
  • The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • This guarantee is valid only on your first order and is limited to one refund per household.
  • A brief explanation or feedback may be requested to help us improve our products and customer experience.

To request a refund under this guarantee, email support@noruelle.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience.

Free Gifts, Promotional Items, and Post-Purchase Offers

Free gifts, bonus items, promotional items, and post-purchase add-ons are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, whether used or unused.

If your original order included free items as part of a promotion, such as “Buy One, Get One Free” or “Free Gift With Purchase,” please note the following:

  • Free promotional items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Limited-time post-purchase offers are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or modified after the order is completed.
  • If you return the originally paid item that qualified you for a free promotional item, you must also return the free item in unused condition.
  • Failure to return the free item may result in a partial refund, with the value of the free item deducted from your refund total.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping charges are used for logistics, handling, and transportation costs paid to our shipping and fulfillment partners. Because of this, we are unable to refund shipping charges, even in the event of a return or cancellation.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including opened or used personal care items, beauty products, hygiene-related products, custom products, special orders, personalized items, gift cards, and final sale items.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, if eligible, and place a separate order for the new item once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, with any seals intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
