- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you by email.

- After your order has been processed, it will be shipped and is expected to arrive within 7–14 business days.

Shipping Rates

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside of our direct control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information.
